In accordance with North Carolina state law, Carolina Collegiate High School fully recognizes the fundamental role of parents and legal guardians in their children's education. The Parents' Bill of Rights ensures transparency and partnership between families and schools by granting parents specific rights regarding:

Notifications & Consent: The right to be informed about changes to student health services, official records (including names and pronouns), and to opt-in or out of specific health programs and surveys.
